Dates

Annual General Meeting – For active members you may join a general meeting upon request, and are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting commonly held in October (date TBA).

Monthly Board Meetings – For board members there is an monthly held board meeting commonly held mid month with 2 summer months off. Expectations are to attend all the meetings of the year with no more than sum amount of consecutive meetings allowed to be missed (more information in bylaws).

Board of Directors

Executive including President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary are to be selected and voted on at the annual general meeting. All board members are re-elected per annual general meeting (attendance is required) as no vote by proxy or nomination by proxy can occur without physical attendance (conditioned upon local health regulations).

You may sign up as member at any time, but are required to have at least 30 days before any general meeting or annual general meeting before attending and or participating in the meeting.

Upon joining the board as either executive or a board of director from the annual general meeting. The following meetings require attendance and participation of board orientation, and later request to join one or many of the Board of Director roles.
